Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AIVideoFly. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and must provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

The service and third-party models

AIVideoFly provides tools that create videos from text, images, and reference materials through supported third-party AI models. Available models, features, prices, credits, and output characteristics may change. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by model providers unless expressly stated.

AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, or similar to output produced for others. You must review output before relying on, publishing, distributing, or using it in a commercial, regulated, or high-impact setting. We do not guarantee a particular result, originality, fitness for a purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights that you hold in your prompts, uploads, and other inputs. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful grounds needed to submit them. Subject to applicable law and provider terms, you may use output; you grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, moderate, secure, and deliver your content.

Acceptable use and moderation

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexualized, or sexually suggestive content is prohibited. Face swaps, deepfakes, face-manipulation, impersonation, unlawful or harmful activity, infringement, harassment, fraud, and attempts to bypass safeguards are also prohibited. We may block requests, remove content, restrict credits, suspend, or terminate access where needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or payment disputes.

Payments, subscriptions, and credits

Prices, credits, billing cadence, and expiry are shown before checkout or in the applicable plan. Credits are not currency, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire as disclosed. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal where supported, but does not automatically refund the current period. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

Platform intellectual property and feedback

AIVideoFly and its software, branding, interface, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We welcome feedback, but you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our platform to you.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, including a model or feature. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, create safety or legal risk, or are associated with payment disputes. You may stop using the service at any time; provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and contact
