These terms govern AIVideoFly. By using the service, you agree to them and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
Service and AI output
AIVideoFly creates videos from text, images, and references through supported third-party models. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other output. Review it before relying on or publishing it.
Content and rights
You retain rights you hold in inputs and must have permission to use them. Subject to law and provider terms, you may use output. You grant us limited rights to process, store, moderate, and deliver your content.
Payments and credits
Prices, credits, cadence, and expiry are shown before checkout. Credits are not currency, cannot be transferred, and expire as disclosed. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and mandatory local law.
Prohibited use
Sexual or suggestive material, non-consensual impersonation, face swaps, deepfakes, infringement, abuse, and unlawful activity are prohibited. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or payment disputes.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service or particular output and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Operator, independent service, and contact
