This policy explains how AIVideoFly handles personal information and generation content when you use our AI video workspace.

This policy applies to AIVideoFly websites, accounts, generation tools, billing flows, and support channels. It does not govern third-party websites or services that you may access through links or a payment checkout.

Information we collect

We may collect account details and authentication records; prompts, uploaded images and references, generated videos, and model settings; support messages; and transaction, credit, device, log, security, and usage information needed to operate the service.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, language and product preferences, and service operation. Where enabled, analytics tools may help us understand feature use and improve reliability. You can manage browser cookies, although disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

How we use information

We use information to provide generation, storage, account, billing, and support functions; process and deliver requests; moderate prompts and content; prevent abuse and fraud; troubleshoot failures; improve reliability; meet legal obligations; and communicate important service or policy changes.

AI processing and service providers

To provide a generation, we may send the necessary prompt, reference materials, and task settings to the selected AI model provider. We also use providers for infrastructure, authentication, payments, email, analytics, storage, security, and moderation. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell personal information.

Retention, deletion, and security

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, resolve disputes, protect the service, meet legal obligations, or enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent where applicable. You may delete content or close your account through available product controls or by contacting us. We may verify your identity and retain limited information where law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution requires it.

Children, changes, and contact
