Refund Policy
Effective July 23, 2026
This policy applies to AIVideoFly subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.
14-day unused-credit eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only when every credit granted by that purchase remains unused. If any credit from the purchase has been used, it is not eligible for a discretionary refund.
Failures and subscriptions
Credits reserved for a confirmed service failure are normally released or restored; that is not a cash refund. You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals, but cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.
How to request
Email support@aivideofly.com from the account email with the purchase date and order reference. We may request information needed to verify the account and payment.
External refunds and disputes
If a payment provider processes a refund, chargeback, or dispute, we revoke any unused credits from that purchase. Credits already consumed are not converted into a negative credit balance; a dispute may restrict generation until manual review.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing here limits refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory local law gives greater rights, that law controls.
