Refund Policy

Effective July 27, 2026

This policy applies to AIVideoFly subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewal, and you retain access to paid subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Digital purchases

AIVideoFly is a digital service. As a general rule, subscription payments, credit purchases, and other digital or virtual products are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription does not refund the current billing period.

Billing issues and support

If you have a billing issue or would like us to review a refund request, contact support@aivideofly.com from your account email and include the purchase date and order reference. We review requests case by case and generally respond within 3 business days.

Service failures and payment disputes

For a confirmed generation failure, reserved credits are normally released or restored; this is not a cash refund. If a payment provider processes a refund, chargeback, or dispute, we may revoke unused credits from that purchase and restrict generation pending review.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory local law gives greater rights, that law controls.
