Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to prompts, uploads, generated content, sharing, and every attempt to use AIVideoFly.
Scope
This policy covers every prompt, uploaded image or reference, generated video, account, and sharing activity on AIVideoFly.
Content standards and prohibited categories
AIVideoFly prohibits generating the following categories of content: pornography and NSFW; violence and gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content (CSAM); deepfakes and impersonation; and copyright or trademark infringement.
Pornography and NSFW
NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, fetish, sexualized, or sexually suggestive content is prohibited. This includes any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor and non-consensual intimate imagery.
Violence and gore
Graphic violence, gore, torture, glorification of violence, violent threats, and content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs physical harm are prohibited.
Hate speech
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or violence against people or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM)
Child sexual abuse material, any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor, grooming, exploitation, or content that endangers children is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities where required.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Face swaps, deepfakes, and face-manipulation of any kind are prohibited, whether or not consent is claimed. Non-consensual impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, false endorsements, identity abuse, harassment, and using a person's likeness or voice to cause harm are also prohibited.
Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not use the service to create or distribute material that unlawfully copies protected works, brands, characters, or likenesses.
Content moderation
AIVideoFly may apply automated prompt or content screening when a moderation provider is enabled. Prohibited-content rules continue to apply when automated screening is not enabled. We may block requests and review user reports or suspected violations case by case.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected violations to support@aivideofly.com with the relevant account, video, or link where available. We may block requests, remove content, restrict or revoke credits, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, and report conduct where required by law. Attempts to bypass moderation or submit malicious reports violate this policy.
AIVideoFly
